6/1/10: Speedway Computing has completed testing Perpetual Performance Computing in a high-demand real office environment, integrating servers, workstations, and desktops with the technology throughout a number of offices to monitor performance data over time. We have also begun creating software to further enhance the speed and interoperability of networks in order to spread the benefits of PPC to offices and networks that only partially switch over at any given time.
2/18/10: Speedway Computing is proud to announce that phase one of the development and testing of the new Perpetual Performance Computing (PPC) technology has been completed, with better than expected results. PPC allows users to run their computers for up to ten years with no decrease in performance, unlike traditional systems, which may lose as much as half of their speed in the first year.
